College Park – This vibrant area is located just minutes from downtown Orlando. It is known for its charming, tree lined streets, historic homes, and strong sense of community. Winter Garden – Winter Garden is located just 14 miles west of downtown Orlando and is full of charm and culture. It is known for its picturesque brick streets and canopy of beautiful oak trees which will give you a taste of what it is like to be a local. Winter Garden has a thriving downtown area with some of Orlando’s best restaurants, bars, shops, and even a local brewery. Visitors can experience one of the best Farmers Markets in Florida every Saturday offering live entertainment, local produce, and much more. Winter Garden is also home to several parks and the West Orange Trail which is a 22 mile long paved trail that runs through the heart of the city and provides opportunities for walking, running, and biking in the beautiful Florida sunshine. You can also enjoy Lake Apopka, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Florida, which offers fishing and boating. Winter Garden is a great place to visit on your day off from the parks!
