Under the direction of founder Alistair Brown, who has more than 30 years experience in the sector, ABIRE has grown to be the only company serving this market from both sides of the Atlantic.

Alistair is an energetic leader with a worldwide network in the resort and
hospitality industry. For over twenty years he has led and assisted a variety
of brands to develop and implement successful vacation club and fractional
ownership programs. His employment and engagements have included
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Marriott Grand Residence Club and Residence
International, UK, among others. Most recently, as Vice President of Sales,
Alistair assisted WCI Communities with its sales and marketing of The
Resort at Singer Island, a Starwood Luxury Collection Hotel, and The
Regent Bal Harbour, a five-star condominium hotel on Miami Beach.
Alistair has led the initial positioning and re-branding of luxury resort and hospitality marketing
and sales strategies for hotels, resorts and clubs in Ireland, Scotland, England, Barbados,
Bermuda, St. Lucia, Canada and the United States. He is a tremendous motivator and recruiter
specializing in practical programmatic development and staffing to assure world class
customer service, customer loyalty and repeat business—each a critical component of
success in the highly competitive resort and hospitality industry.

Angel Investor, which aims to help minority entrepreneurs access resources to launch their
businesses.
